Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep

I have been hearing a beeping sound every morning since Sunday. It was driving me nuts. I had a feeling that it was my defibrillator. I went to the cardiologist today and it was. The battery has about 90 days left on it. Some people may think that it's no big deal but, it is for me. First I will have to go into the hospital to have a new one put in and second I don't think I can afford to get it. If I decide not to replace it I can have it taken out or left inside. What to do?

Realizing....I love my house

I realized today that moving to Utah is becoming more of a reality. Today at church I heard Ben talking to someone about having someone else come look at our house anytime they want because we need to sell it this summer....OUCH. Moving to Utah never seemed as real as that very moment. Ouch, actually is an understatement, it was more like someone took a spoon and dug my heart out..slowly(I cried). The biggest problem with going to Utah is leaving my awesome house. Though it may be small but it is perfect for me. We looked for at least a year for a house and this one is exactly what I have always wanted. Older home with character and a big yard. It is great, I feel safe here. I never want to leave.
The day we bought the house and we met the previous owners the lady was very sad about having to sell the house. I didn't get it at first, but I do now!

What not to do

Tonight Ben was outside changing the oil in my car when a drunk lady comes stumbling through our yard. A lady in a car then pulls up and tries to ask the drunk lady where she lives. The drunk lady can't even answer her. The cops come and the drunk lady runs and tries to hide behind the neighbors garage. Ben goes over to her and she says "that lady called the law on me". The police come over and take the lady to the their car. Ben and I go inside and start watching them from our window. I couldn't see much.....it was dark and I need to start wearing my glasses.

Halloween

Sandy is a pumpkin and Ben and I are automotive workers.
We dressed up and handed candy out at our churches Trunk or Treat. Everybody loved Sandy.
Now it is time to get ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Benji, I think

I cut the hood off of Sandy's pumkin halloween costume and I put it on Ben's head and he started to make these weird faces. I think he has lost his mind....hopefully he lost the part of his mind that wants to move to Utah!!!I can only hope.

Gardner's

This picture was taken at the arch with all of the Gardner boys home at once (well except Jason). Now, don't the boys look cuter with all the girls in the picture.

what is going on

As some of you know we are trying to have a kid. I know, it is about time right. So, you would think that our spirit babies would be so eager to finally get down here that it would happen right away. Well I have 2 theories as to why it has not happened yet. Either they have given up on us and joined another family so they could eventually get to earth or they are taking after us and procrastinating.

Speaking of babies, a couple of yeares ago we got presented with a situation. A teenage couple found out that they got preggo and weren't sure if they wanted to keep it. We thought about adopting it. Well the parents decided to keep the baby and that was that.
Now fast forward a year or two, my husband saw the babies father hanging out with his girlfriend at her parents house across the street, where she and a some little kids live. What blows my mind is if we would of adopted the baby we would be living across the street from the mom. What is the odds.

Engaged

We are so excited baby RyRy is engaged!! Who would of thought that this day would of come, he has done a complete 180 since I have known him. At least his girl didn't tell him to shut up when he proposed (haha). He will be getting married in LA....VACATION!! After 5 years the boys are dropping out of the single ward like flies. Next thing you know they will all be having kids...scary.

Sick

We are a bunch a sickies here today. Ben came home from work sick the other day and he thinks he has to share everything with me. This he could of kept to himself!!

Sandy's 6th Birthday

Sandy had a swimming party for her birthday. Unfortunately we couldn't invite any dogs. She loves the water.
